Accomodation

Our villas “KRINAKIA villas” were built in 2009. Situated at about 150 m. by the sea, they offer a breathtaking view. A synonym of tranquility and relaxation due to the fact that they are isolated from the centre of the settlement. All villas are surrounded by delightful gardens. They offer a high standard of accommodation, decoration and equipment. They are ideal for summer and winter vacations equally. Worth to mention the fact that the weather conditions allow visitors to swim until Christmas.

Feautures – Types

There are 3 types of guest houses:

  • One (1) Independent Villa (80 m2) accommodating up to 7 persons disposes terraces, private pool, barbecue set and wood oven. Featuring two large bedrooms, bathroom, living room with fireplace and sofa used also as double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, electric oven, dish washer and all the necessary household items (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer etc.). The villa is also equipped with TV, satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, dishing-machine and A/C in every room.
  • Two (2) Maisonettes (60 m2 each) suitable for up to 5 persons. Each maisonette has two bathrooms, large terraces, private pool, barbeque and it is fully equipped (except the dish washer) just like the Independent Villa.
  • One (1) ground floor Guest House (90 m2) accommodating up to 8 persons with large terrace, private pool, bbq, situated right under the Independent Villa. It is really comfortable. It offers A/C in the main room. It has two (2) bedrooms: the one has window view and double bed and the other is internal with two single beds and an electric fan. This guest house is similarly fully equipped to the other villas but without fireplace.

All four guest houses – villas offer unique advantages for a delightful holiday experience to all guests as they afford a combination of breathtaking view, relaxing atmosphere and high comfort.

Facilities

  • A lot of taverns and grill houses offer a variety of dishes (roast or grilled meat, fish and other traditional dishes) for any taste.
  • During summertime, there is a fully equipped mini market where you can shop anything you need during your stay in “KRINAKIA villas”.
  • In the nearby villages, Zakros (16 km away) and Ziros (10 km away) one can find taverns and restaurants, gas station and drugstore. Additionally, there are super markets, butcher’s shops, bars, internet café, traditional coffee shops, patisseries and kiosks (selling newspapers, magazines etc) opened throughout the year.
